A three-hour late-autumn gathering to experience the Medicine Wheel through nature, breathwork, gentle movement, ceremony and connection.
We’ll begin with a guided walk through Griffith Woods, then gather around the campfire at a private SW Calgary location for an offering bundle, cacao + closing circle.
